Though maybe the page had heavy traffic and wasn't loading, so I kept fred back and still was getting a blank page - then I decided to try it on Firefox, page came right up and I was able to downloading and install in about 60 seconds.

The funny thing is - once I did this using Firefox, the issue of Safari "self corrected" and the page started coming right up.
